Zion hosted a LERT (Lutheran Early Response Team) Basic Training on January 31, 2026, in the Fellowship Hall. This training equipped both congregations and individuals to respond effectively in times of disaster and helped participants understand how they can serve as LERT volunteers. Thank you to Pastor Rehborg for leading this training, and to everyone who attended!
Zion hosted a Lutheran Women in Mission (LWM) Prayer Service on January 29, 2026. The service was centered on the acronym P.R.A.Y.E.R. — Praise, Remember, Ask, Yield, Excitement, Rejoice, a classic service updated from more than a decade ago by Rev. Henke.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped with our Parade of Lights entry on December 1, 2025! Whether you walked, handed out candy canes, decorated, or cheered us on, your time and joy helped us share God’s light with our community. We’re grateful for each of you!
We had such a meaningful time together during our Advent for Families event on November 30, 2025! Families gathered to learn all about the four weeks of Advent through fun skits that brought each theme—Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love—to life.
One of the highlights of the afternoon was our hands-on craft time. Kids and parents worked together to create their very own Advent wreath to bring home—something they can light and enjoy throughout the season as they prepare their hearts for Christmas.
Thank you to everyone who came, participated, crafted, and helped make this event so special. May this Advent season fill your home with the hope and joy of Christ!
A huge thank you to everyone who came out today to help decorate the church for the Christmas season on November 30, 2025!

Together, we are building a stronger and safer community. Thank you once again to everyone involved!
